Les showed up early.

He was professional.

Very informative.

I was buying my first house. Plus it was old / 1978, that needed some work.

I'm mechanically inclined with vehicles, but not houses. So I had a lot of questions. I know i shouldnt ask, but he was very friendly, experienced and happy to help.

Explained where the problems were, offered advice on whether I could fix it or needed a professional.

The wisdom from this man... well... I'm very grateful.

Then on top of it all, he must have rushed home and started writing the report. It was a big, 52 page report with lots of pictures. Very clear and understanding words. I now know exactly what my home needs to be done. Plus it was ready the same day.

I was surprised to see it so fast in my email.

This was Saturday. Then on Monday (evening) the quote/estimate was ready on what the repairs would cost me.

Thanks Les... You're the best. I highly recommend you to anyone. I'd hire you again without question.

Les is the kind of guy you wish was your next door neighbor. Lol.

Also... very fairly priced and thorough. I was scared if I should buy such an old house, but Les really showed his worth and more.
