I had to change a very old furnace from 1971 and a water tank. It was very tiny, they didn't have lot of room. Eric was one of the two technician, very professional, very precautions, he took the time to do it right and properly. Everything is nice and clean after they left. I highly recommend this company. I had my furnace inspected and ducts and dryer vent cleaned. I have used this company for many years and as always the team, including the office staff who called to set up the appointment, were very personable and professional. The team called to say they were running early and asked if they could come about an hour before the scheduled time. As always they were thorough in their work and asked if I had any questions and then answered the ones I had. It is a pleasure to do business with this company.

Had an absolutely terrible experience having this company replace our furnace. Our landlord arranged to have our dead furnace replaced while we were out of town, only to have this company cancel last minute on 2 occasions. When the technicians did come to replace the furnace, they made an unbelievable mess, ripping out huge chunks of insulation from our ceiling and just leaving it all over the floor, shoved in different totes in our storage room, and anywhere else it happened to fall. They trampled all over our storage room (3 rooms over from our furnace room) while running condensation lines to the exterior of the home, and instead of asking us to move our stuff they just walked over, stood on, and destroyed well over $100 worth of our belongings. Absolutely no regard for our home or our possessions.

We used Western Canadian Furnace to install 3 furnaces. Work was completed in a timely manner by staff who were friendly and knowledgeable about their work. There were some challenges as the furnaces being replaced were 54 years old. Changes that needed to be made were discussed with me and then work was done.
All the staff were great at answering all my questions. Clean up after the job was great.
I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. FIVE STAR.

It was a pleasure to work with Dan Johnson, who went over all of our HVAC, furnace and humidifier options then created a package that met our needs. He was very kind professional, and took the time to explain things thoroughly. After meeting with several different companies, we felt that western Canadian furnace was the right choice based on Dan’s customer service. The technicians that came up to set up the AC, furnace, and humidifier, Brian and Eric, were also great! The did a good job of showing us the work they were doing and the progress along the way over the two days. They really took the time to answer all of our questions, and give us tips on how to maintain our devices. We are very pleased with this company so far, and have even referred them to Family!!

We recently had to replace our furnace and decided to upgrade and add A/C while we were at it.

We were very happy with the team; James and Joe were great, nice guys who were very professional and communicative during the process. They were truly "consultants" guiding us with their knowledge to ensure we have the best available furnace and AC products that fit our budget.

Overall, we are super satisfied with the work done and the Finance option was easy as well. Of course I have to mention Michael and his diligent work to move this along in a timely and cost effective manner.
