I am a member of a condo board that selected Window Mart to do a full window replacement (344 windows) in our 36 unit complex. The new windows look and operate great and we are very happy with our choice to go with Window Mart.

Andrei S met with us multiple times (in their showroom and at our complex) to share information about their window design, answer our questions, and provide a quote. We were impressed with the quality of their windows and the competitive price. Andrei was very patient with answering our never ending questions and understanding that, as a volunteer board dealing with multiple individual owners, our decision making process would take some time.

As a condominium corporation, we required some changes to Window Mart’s standard contract for individual home owners and they were understanding and accommodating. They also accommodated some specific needs that we had for structuring the quote.

The installation process went very smoothly. The scheduling department maintained regular communication with our property manager so that every owner had at least a week’s notice of their installation date. The installation crews were lovely - kind, efficient, took time to answer the owner's questions, and cleaned up both inside and outside after. The installation manager Alex was onsite regularly and did an inspection walk through with each owner after installation. We really appreciated the calm demeanor and commitment to customer satisfaction of both installation manager Alex and sales manager Alex throughout the process.

Window Mart was a great experience. Initially contacted by Ivan to provide a quote, he walked me through the process as well as the available grants to help offset the cost.

Bohdan and the crew did an excellent job with minimal mess. Some rescheduling due to weather was needed but the work was completed and as promised.

I would recommend Window Mart for both window and door replacement.

The quote and warranty was very competitive as well. We ended up going with another company, but only because of the availability of a certain custom product that we needed to be eligible for the green grant. I was very impressed with Ivan.

Nothing but an absolute headache start to finish. My house has been torn apart for over a week and if they will even repair it. They measured the windows incorrectly even after coming twice to measure. Installed my windows un level, at different heights in the same room. Damaged all my drywall and installed the most expensive trim available which doesn't fit at all. If I could rate lower than 1 star I definitely would. Save your money don't go with window mart. Will cost your twice as much to repair their mess.
