What an amazing group of people that I was able to meet. Marty came by to my house to give me an estimate of my basement ceiling work. The estimate was done very quick and work started few days later. The job was done properly by taking their time to make sure that I am happy with the outcome. Workers were very friendly and very clean. They came did the job and left like they were not even there with the exception of the ceiling being complete he he. I would definitely refer them to anyone, and will use them again next time.

When we decided to finish our basement we looked at a few companies. What set Executive drywall apart was that Marty came and did through quote. The quote was very reasonable and less than another well rated Edmonton company. During the drywall and mudding stages , the workers were kind and professional. They kept things clean and Marty kept a close eye on things, even pivoting who came to work on the basement . Marty came many times to check and inspect and had a high level of expectation for his workers. I wish we had their company do our whole house drywall as the attention to detail has been better then what we had when we built !

I wanted smooth ceilings didn’t like the texture on them. So I called to get 2 estimates. Executive Drywall was the contractor that I chose. Marty was the person that I was dealing with. Everyone at Executive Drywall were amazing. From having Marty come out and assess our project to dealing with Mike about product color to Igor and the crew. The experience was amazing. They came when they said they would, the project lasted as long as we were told without any delays and the cost was very reasonable. Before they began the project they covered all our possessions with plastic to protect everything and cleaned everything up when they left. It was spotless!!! Got them to repair some ceiling water damage at my rental property. As you can see they did the job.
The price was significantly more than my insurance company estimated, but they also redid the stippling in the whole room so it's hard to compare.

They need to do better at communication. I'm lucky I had a very, very understanding tenant, as there was never any thought to scheduling ahead of time, just a text message minutes before they wanted to show up. Also, there were no updates on the state of the work, I had no idea how much repainting would be needed until it was done. I could have pushed for more communication from my side, I guess.

They also just let themselves into the house, without being let in, and caused an embarrassing incident. Like I said, I'm lucky to have a very understanding tenant.

So, decent work, ok price, but need better communication and more respect for scheduling and privacy.

I recently used Executive Drywall to drywall and tape my backhall/laundry that was down to studs for renovations. Marty came out quickly to provide an estimate after I contacted Executive and was booked about a week later for the job to start.

Although the drywall installation is important, I find the end result is all about the taper and Mike did a great job. Corners are crisp and seams are perfectly blended once painted. Mike took his time and did a fantastic job. He let me know that if I noticed anything after priming to let the office know and he would come out to ensure I was satisfied. After priming, nothing stood out to be fixed so that wasn't necessary.

Dafeny kept me updated each day with when Mike would be back to continue his work.

Overall end result is great, I will use again for future jobs around my house.
