Bill McMunn is incredibly thorough. His observations are acute and relevant, as are all his comments and recommendations. Bill is a very nice guy. He is thorough, detailed and very, very careful. He is knowledgeable in his field of expertise. I consider him an expert, or I could say perfect.

You’ll easily catch that he has years of experience, the way he conducted the inspections were just brilliant, he loves what he was doing. You could see that he is enjoying inspecting the house.

He conducted the home inspections for almost 3 hours, it’s plus for us or for any client. Then, he provided us with information along the way that we could possibly use in the near future, tips on what to do once we purchase our possible first home. We learned a lot!

Then he gave us his report, it was clear, on point, easy to read and easy to understand, you’ll learn more. The report was a detailed version of the information he was telling you during the inspection.

For us, he is like a dad making sure that his kids will get the house they deserved!

I was having issues w/my home with my roof/attic and water leakage. After hiring a couple of roofers who have different opinions and a plumber who could not diagnose where the leak was coming from, I decided to contact Bill who was recommended by a colleague. I decided to just get a full property inspection rather than hiring these individuals and not knowing who is telling me the truth. I also want to sell in a couple of years and want to address any issues that may arise now so there are no surprises. Bill was punctual, open to listening to my concerns, knowledgeable, and willing to show/teach me areas of concern. I am not a handyman and unfortunately, I hire out to fix house repairs. Bill was very patient with my questions and was very willing to explain and & make recommendations. I couldn't be there in person to do the inspection with him, but going through the thorough report he sent, complete with many clear photos and maintenance suggestions, it felt like I was there!
