Outstanding in every way. First, we needed an installation quite quickly and they sent an estimator the day after I first contacted them. He was very knowledgeable and spent time explaining all options. The installation occurred three days later which was very quickly. Many other places we called were booking much later dates. The installers were also excellent. Super knowledgeable, proficient and friendly. They took care to lay down runners to protect the house and stayed post installation to test. They also took time to carefully explain maintenance etc to my husband. Finally, the quoted price was VERY reasonable. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience.

I had a GREAT experience with Romaniuk. The sales rep Matt was fantastic- pleasant to deal with and super knowledgeable. He explained my options and the installation process very simply and effectively. Finally, my installers (Darrien, Sean and Matt R.) were amazing! They were polite, efficient and respectful. I can’t believe that I purchased a furnace and air conditioner one day and had it all installed the very next day. It all happened within 48 hours- so efficient!

I woke at 5:30 am to a colder house, and sure enough discovered our furnace had stopped working overnight. I was able to call Romaniuk right away, and by 8:30 that morning the technician, Brent, was at our home. He was very friendly and competent, and took significant time to investigate what was happening with our furnace. He was able to explain the various options available to use, and the related risks. Ultimately my wife and I decided that replacing the furnace was the best path forward, but Brent still made an extra effort to try and set us up with a semi-functional furnace so we could have heat in the meantime while waiting to get a new furnace installed. Happy with the service we received and appreciate the help Brent provided us.

Just had our ducts cleaned by Mussie and Joe, another great experience!! They were thorough, clean and very careful. They were very friendly, especially with my dog. So happy with the work and service again!!

Over Christmas our furnace continued to stop working. Being that the furnace wasn't even a year old Romaniuk was very understanding and was determined to discover the problem. Dealing with Supervisor Walter was so reassuring. He ensured we had the technicians we wanted and he would not stop checking in until we were all sure the issue had been resolved. After replacing factory defective parts and resetting our thermostat I am happy to say we have not had an issue since. While here to assess the furnace he also made sure to have a look at the hotwater tank and humidifier. He determined that a few items needed to be adjusted and made sure to have these addressed as well. We had a few wonderful technicians. Count yourself very lucky if you have John or Matthew at your home. We have requested to have Scott as our main tech, he is knowledgeable and a great problem solver. I would recommend Romaniuk over any other company out there. You will not be disappointed in your decision if you choose to go with them. Thank you Walter and Romaniuk for all your help!
