Last summer (2023) my wife and I came in to get a quote on a counter top made to specific dimensions and colour. The quote was reasonable but we weren’t ready to order.

On July 2nd I came in to order the top not realizing that he had listed the wrong colour on the order. The colour was the same as one of your display counter. I thought that he had written it down on his original quote. So I never checked his order.

I picked it up on July 16th. When I picked it up in the warehouse I was surprised with what I received. We had originally told him we wanted the same dark pattern that was in their showroom. What we get instead was a white pattern.

When I returned it two days later the salesman told me he would never make such a mistake I knew there was no point in arguing with him. No attempt was made by him to reach a solution. I left the top on his counter and took him he could have it since it was of no use to me and walked out.

I have ordered from PF before and always gotten what I requested. Now I’m out 235$ and a major dissatisfaction with this person’s service.

I was dissatisfied twice with this company. A few years ago I hired them to install new countertops in an older house. Imagine my surprise when the new countertops ended up half an inch lower than the old ones. Didn’t they measure? They were unwilling to remedy the situation in any way. I had to try to hide it with creative tile installation.
In 2022 I built a new house. The contractor hired this company to install the countertops. Just as the warranty was out, the new countertops started to bubble. Needless to say I will never hire PF Custom Countertops again nor will I ever recommend them. They do shoddy work and don’t care if you’re unhappy with it

I placed an order with this company for an in stock countertop for a project. I was told 7-10 days from template and they would be installing it.

It is now the week of install and they are telling me 2 more weeks. I chose an in stock countertop just to avoid this as the project is a time sensitive one.

They are unwilling to do anything for me or to keep their word. My project is at a stand still now because of some laminate countertops. I would have kept looking if I knew I would be waiting 3 weeks after template.

The manager called me and at least explained what was going on. I appreciated that. He said to call him if I have any further issues.

After all that, they didn't end up actually measuring all the countertops when they came to template, so one of the pieces is not even close to fitting, which is really very incredible. They are now rushing the countertop for installation. My project is done and ready for the customer and we are once again waiting on PF customs...

When I called the manager to help with the matter he had an annoyed tone and asked who gave me his number, I told him he did and he told me to call if there were more issues... He also got on top of trying to figure it out after the phone call.

In the end the product was a good quality. The experience was very stressful. Disorganized and careless.

I told them I would give them another chance to show me different, and I will.

Was in today. For just a bar top. I have bought a few projects in the past from here.
And I have always have had perfect customer service.

And the service I received today was the direct opposite. It was beyond poor and disrespectful. The man who served me was ignorant, arrogant, egotistical. He didn’t give me a price, and just handed me the debit machine.

I have not decided if I am going to cancel my order today due to this experience.
Salesman was janand.

(Update)After talking with John we worked the issues out and everything worked out and the top was just what I wanted.

Our Corian Countertop purchased from PF Custom Countertops in October 2004 developed some cracks in 2023 (19 years later). Some extra pieces were left with me at the time of the original install in case a future repair was required (good fortune, I still had these to enable a perfect match). When I contacted PF to inquire about a repair, Rob at PF arranged for Myron to come to our home to complete the repair. Through the expert skill and work of Myron, almost 20 years later, our counter is restored to as good as new condition. Thank you so much to PF, for saving the best counter we have ever owned.

Quality countertops and Backsplash - Customer Service is outstanding …. They actually really care that the customer is 100% happy.

Our countertops were installed a couple of weeks ago and made an amazing difference.

We weren’t completely happy with the backsplash first time around (I am VERY picky). They offered a significant discount which we declined and within twenty minutes they agreed to a remake. The remake was installed 9 days later.

I cannot say enough good things about their staff. The guy that came out initially (offering helpful little hints such as maybe put some felt on the bottom of your canisters so countertops don’t get scratched), the installers that were here on Friday were amazing. Both were pleasant but Don from Vietnam absolutely stood out with his quest for perfection on the installation. Very respectful of our home, making sure it was perfect for me before glueing and siliconing. Excellent representation for his company. It’s nice that in this day and age there are still people who take so much pride in their work.

Polite and friendly interaction from Nicole who calls to book the installation dates.

Quartz countertops and backsplashes aren’t for bargain hunters but if you want to absolutely transform your kitchen with a quality product and a company that really wants you to be a 100% satisfied customer then look no further than PF.

You’ll be glad you did, we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Highly recommend PF countertops! They have a good selection of quartz and granite. We picked a leathered granite and it looks perfect in our kitchen. I recently noticed a chip along the beveled edge and contacted them and Chris came out within less than a week of my call and fixed it. You can't even tell there was a chip there to begin with.
