We recently had Quantum Kitchen Countertops install new quartz countertops in our kitchen, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Carlos and Sonia were wonderful to work with from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, guiding us through the selection process and ensuring everything met our expectations.
The installation team, led by Leo and his partner, did an outstanding job. They were efficient, detail-oriented, and answered all of our questions during the installation process. We also ordered and upgraded our sink, which they seamlessly integrated into the countertop installation.
Leo and his partner completed the installation quickly without compromising on quality or safety. The countertops look fantastic, and we’re impressed with the precision and craftsmanship.
Overall, we highly recommend Quantum Kitchen Countertops for their excellent customer service, skilled team, and top-notch quality. Thank you, Carlos, Sonia, Leo, and team, for transforming our kitchen with beautiful countertops!

Great company to deal with. We replaced our old laminant countertops with quartz, and had our raised bar on the island lowered to one level. Sales was very helpful with suggestions, delivery was quick, and the install team did great work. The whole process was seamless.

Very impressed with the service at Quantum Kitchens. My contractor had initially recommended another company but they were 4.5 weeks from date of measurement to install, which Would have meant the rest of my renovation wouldn’t be completed until some unknown time in the future as my dad was coming from Ontario to visit an do all my tile work. I walked in to Quantum Kitchens one Saturday, spoke with Sonia, who made recommendations on products and colors based on my color choices for the walls, cupboards and tile. She was extremely helpful and efficient and drafted my plans on the spot based on a rough sketch I had.
The measurements were done within a week of seeing Sonia with an estimated 2.5 weeks for install.
I received a call under the 2 week mark to let me know my top was ready and install booked for two days later! Days earlier than anticipated!
When the installers arrived they were professional and informative, outlining proper care and maintenance. The seam of the two pieces is almost not even visible!! You really have to look for it to find it.
After the installers left, aside from having the countertop in, you’d have never known they were even there.
10/10 for this company.
They were helpful, quick, did excellent work, and less than the company I was recommended by my contractor. Will definitely use Quantum again!

We're very happy with how our countertops turned out and impressed by Karen's assistance and the diligence of your field crew. The timing went as planned, and I appreciate how Leo and his partner followed the rules of our complex.
However, I have a couple of concerns:
The vanity in our main bathroom wasn't securely fastened or glued on the front face. The entire front of the cabinet wobbles when we open or close the doors and drawers. I brought this to the company's attention but received no acknowledgment. I ended up fixing it myself, as leaving it as is could lead to something breaking over time.
There's a misalignment of the seams in the kitchen. Unfortunately, there's not much that can be done to correct this. I just wanted to bring it to your attention (see attached picture).
Overall, the quality of work and service was great, but these issues need addressing for a perfect experience.

We bought custom quartz countertops from Quantum for our kitchen and bathroom in April, but our experience with them has been grossly disappointing. It would have been possible to overlook one or two of these issues, however when considering them together, we would never recommend this company.
The positives: The countertops themselves are good quality. Clearly, Quantum selects high-quality manufacturers as vendors. Also, the countertops themselves were ready/installed in a timely manner and installed in good condition (without any scratches or chips).
The negatives:
• Unsightly gap between cabinets/counters. We were left with a 2 cm gap between the top of all cabinets and counters, due to the bullnose edge on the old 70s original countertop (see picture). This should have been communicated to us when the specialist came out to measure, as others have described a Home Depot rep has done for them. We would have been willing to pay extra for a solution if this had been communicated ahead of installation. Instead, we learned this on installation day, and now have the pleasure of our drawers falling as we open them.
• Damage to walls, cabinets. Installation resulted in minor damage both to our bathroom wall and one area of our kitchen cabinets (see photos). In their initial quote fine print, Quantum states that they do not take responsibility for any damage that occurs during installation, but I think it is worth mentioning— post-install, you may need to purchase some paint and/or develop a couple mental ‘blind spots.’
• Discarded faucet. We had purchased a new kitchen faucet but had planned to reuse our perfectly-functional bathroom faucet. However, during install, the technicians discarded the bathroom faucet, which I learned during the final walk-through later that day. When I asked if they could retrieve it from the garbage, they said it was too late. We followed up by email to ask if they would reimburse us the cost of the new bathroom faucet we had to purchase ($150). Their response conflicted with the technicians’--they questioned why we had waited to ask for this reimbursement, because they could have retrieved it from the garbage if we had asked sooner. They have still not responded to our reply email from several weeks ago, and I have given up hope that they will.
• Unexplained extra $2,600 credit card charge. This was finally the tipping point for me. We settled up the remaining balance of the counters (50%) on installation day in late April. For reasons I still do not understand, my credit card was charged an additional $2,677 one month later. Quantum also seems mystified as to how this could have happened. To their credit, they rectified the situation in a timely manner, but it is not something that should have happened to begin with and feels sketchy. I’m also concerned why their merchant still had my credit card on file to begin with.
• Staff service/demeanor. Accidents and problems happen. But how a company handles these problems speaks volumes. With the exception of fixing the unauthorized credit card charge, all staff members I have dealt with have been dismissive and failed to fix the issues raised. At no point have staff members seemed remotely apologetic about these issues.
For context, I’m a fairly positive and optimistic person who will give a glowing endorsement to friends and family when a contractor fulfills the bare basics of what they’ve been hired to do. (Honestly. The bar is on the floor.) But, between the measurement oversight, install issues, and post-install costs and interactions, this has been an extremely unpleasant and unacceptable experience. Perhaps this negative experience was just a one-off, but this feels like far too many issues for a reputable and reliable company.

Quantum did the granite counter for our built-in outdoor BBQ. Everything went well until the end of the project. I was home while they were doing the install and asked them about a metal piece at the back of our BBQ that was preventing the BBQ from sitting on the counter as it was intended. This utility line must have been missed when they came to tale measurements. I had asked them if they could cut a notch into the granite at the back to accommodate for this as it was causing a gap in the front between the BBQ and the stone/counter. They said they couldn't and I foolishly paid them the remaining balance. Our contractor that did all our other work was dumbfounded that they would leave the counter/BBQ left like this and decided to call them, which was of no use as they continued to refuse to do it saying it couldn't be done. He then called around to other granite places, which said it shouldn't be a problem and we finally had another company come out and cut the notch. This took about 5 minutes. Overall, I would say that they made an error when they came to measure and missed the metal utility line/bracket, then refused to acknowledge and fix that mistake.

Quantum provided excellent service from initial visit to final install. Karen helped us with the selection and the technical details of the install. Carlos kept us in the loop as to the schedule. The demo was done efficiently, with care taken to properly clean up. The counters and backsplash installation went without a hitch thanks to the meticulous attention to detail by the installers, Leo and Akash. We have recommended Quantum to our neighbours, as they are considering a kitchen reno as well.

Quantum was fantastic to deal with at their office, over the phone and in our home. We were able to pick our granite and see it in a warehouse. They had a great selection of sinks that matched our tastes. The installation was well explained and went seamlessly.

Just such a positive experience having Sonia and staff assist me in selecting new countertops. Having the large slabs of quartz to view really helped me visualize the final product. Price was great and everything was completed as scheduled. Service and product are top notch.

Our experience with Quantum was excellent! Dealing with Karen to pick out our countertops and backsplash was an easy process. She also suggested the Dekton we put on our fireplace! Leo and Diego did our install and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our install. They worked tirelessly getting the install done as there were a few challenges! They are excellent at what they do. From start to finish we are satisfied with Quantum!
