I first encountered Brad Hanson of Hanson Inspections when the buyer of my home (a realtor) hired him do the pre-purchase inspection for her. (July 2024). I was present for a good deal of the time he was working... and was able to observe closely his attention to detail. Literally, no stone was left unturned by this professional. I was THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED by his level of efficiency and the precise manner which he went about his work. Frankly? I was surprised by the level of detail that went into his work. I knew from that day that when the time came to get my future home inspected I would hire him. Not only was he punctual; but he arrived an hour early - his inspection of the home I was selling (hired by my buyer) took over 5 hours. I was amazed and very impressed. Not surprisingly, he was no less thorough or precise when the time came to have my 'new home' inspected as a final condition of sale. Because of his highly skilled and professional approach; I felt a great deal of confidence in moving forward with my purchase. He took all the time I asked for; most happy to explain not just the aspects of what he did cover; but I had a LOT of additional questions which were not within the scope of his work. He is EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE; but what impressed me the most?? clarity and descriptions of his final report was VERY DETAILED AND CONCISE. His willingness to take the time, never did I felt rushed. He is quite plainly PHENOMENAL at his profession!! I would not hesitate to recommend this gentleman to anyone who want a 'TOP QUALITY' 'WELL WORTH THE MONEY' inspection! Additionally, he made it very clear that he would be happy to go over any remaining questions AFTER he finished his report and forwarded it. In this age of 'rush, rush rush, it was refreshing to see a professional not in a big hurry to 'get on with' his next job. Hire this man!!! Thank you Brad, for your efficiency and professionalism.
