Overall

We got an awning installed on our back deck. We didn't know much about the various options. Brandon and Cecil were very helpful in choosing something that worked for us. Jon, Peyton and Saheed also did a great job with the install and letting us know how everything worked. Would recommend for sure.

Our Strata has been working with MCA for 4 years on a multi phase project to update and improve our building envelope. The results have been stellar and have not only eliminated some issues we were having but have modernized and transformed the visuals of the building.

MCA's design and installation team's have and continue to be fantastic to work with, interfacing seamlessly with our other contractors.

Their commitment to after sales service has been fantastic, returning to deal with any identified issues quickly and efficiently. I whole heartedly give them my strongest recommendation.

I am delighted with my new awning from Mr. Cover All. Their service was professional, quick and they didn’t leave the job until I was happy. Really impressed with the choice of fabrics to choose from and the awning that would best fit my needs. Overall

We used Mr Coverall to put an insulated roof with fir beams on our deck. I can say that we love the finished product and it makes such a difference to our outdoor space and have been out there every day since it was installed.

I will say the project wasn’t without its ups and downs. There were a few issues during the install which, had there been better communication, wouldn’t have caused the stress that it did. That said, once raised to Cecil (owner I believe) he and his team addressed the issues and communication notably increased and the finished project is great.

Brandon coordinated the job and provided a huge amount of detail at the outset. The package was by far the best I’ve seen of any company. All the options were provided with directional costs in advance of anyone coming on site. Much better way of doing it than going in blind without any ideas of cost until after a quote.

Cecil was quick with providing a quote, explaining everything, and at addressing issues.

Special shout outs to 3 of 4 of the installation team - Steve, Jon, and Payton. I really appreciated their perspectives, recommendations, efforts to keep the site tidy, and ensure when all was said and done that I was happy with the finished product.

John, Payton, Steve and team did a fantastic job from the installation to follow-up with any issues. Communication was constant and they worked as a team from Cecil in Sales to Brandon in scheduling to Steve in operations. They were thorough and yes we had issues but they rectified them versus making us wait. They also were flexible in any changes and requests and happy to recommend to ensure a better product and experience. Thanks team for an awesome awning covering over 700sq ft of deck and making our outdoor living a reality.

Steve and the team did a fantastic job at our property ! During covid we like to use our yard a lot so we decide to invest this louvered roof into our backyard. It took a lot of time for shipping due to covid. The team is professional and helpful. Cecil gives us a lot information and compared with different options. Steve and the team is hardworking and friendly. It do take extra time for the whole project but it worth waiting. The whole system is very nice looking and functional at the same time. It won't heat in a hot summer day like a sauna OR too cold in a snowy day. My family spend much more time outside in the yard now than ever. I will recommend them to everyone i know.
