We were at the store last Saturday looking for a new bathroom faucet replacement. Kwai (apologies if I spelled your name wrong) was exceptional. He patiently listened to our needs and took the time to review every product's manual, to make sure the spec would fit our sink. He even went out of his way to arrange a product from another location for us.
We ended up ordering online from Splashes. I wanted to apologize to Kwai for jumping hoops for us. He is professional, knowledgable and customer centric. Kwai would serve well in management.

My wife and I came in with a budget in mind yet we liked all the high end stuff that would've blown the budget. Chriscel helped us find the equivalent items that fit our budget. Her knowledge of not only the product but of the details that only a plumber would know helped save us a ton of time. We would definitely recommend her to all of our friends and family.

Called the Vancouver Splashes - asked if they had a specific faucet in stock, providing the part number from the Splashes website
"so you want the part?"
No - I need the faucet
Staff "yeah we have it in stock"
Only to drive out to find they do not have it in stock and to be told by the staff I should have called
When I said I did, they repliedI should have had the person physically check ...
isn't that why I called and asked??

The floor staff are really nice and helpful, but the place is setup more for loaded customers or interior designers than regular people trying to replace their faucet with something affordable.
I probably wouldn’t shop here again. The manager seemed more interested in chatting with her boyfriend than processing my return, it was almost funny how grumpy she was.

We purchased kitchen sink from product specialist Alexis. She explained the differences of sizes in the installation that would require some consideration for cabinets. She is professional, knowledgeable, and always very patient as well as responding to emails and calling back on timely fashion. She is one of the best customer service role models.

Impressive products and top-notch service! Andrew Sheret was their former name, and I can't help but wonder who came up with "Splashes." The logo gives off a vibe reminiscent of a water park, or dare I say, something even less fitting!
