For years, I have received excellent service at Ensuite. Staff are VERY knowledgeable indeed, about their products. You can learn a great deal from them - infinitely more than any Big Box store I have ever been to. I recently needed to purchase a non-standard toilet. I received detailed, and excellent advice, and it was available immediately - and at a price that I could not complain about. (thank you, Brie :) I have been to many bathroom and kitchen stores in Victoria, and without doubt, Ensuite beats them all, hands down. Who would have thought that a new toilet from Ensuite could make me so happy?

went into showroom to order a tap. Wasn't even acknowledged for 20 mins by staff. Left and called the store only to learn they don't stock the majority of items in their showroom. You're better off ordering yourself online.
