Mike and his brother did a great job moving my furniture and personal belongings. They called me a few hours before their time and assured me that they would be there on time. They even offered to come earlier. Very courteous. I would recommend them for your next move.

I texted to confirm with Hero Movers the day before my move that I had booked a few weeks earlier and they said they were unavailable and could do the following day at 12 pm. The next day, the movers show up past 1 pm, over an hour late.

The move was quick and seamless. I didn't have much to move and everything was already boxed up. I wanted some reassurance for my belongings so I asked to have a copy of my invoice emailed to me prior to them taking my stuff. I received a screenshot of a document which I accepted in the moment. However, aproximately 3 months later I followed up with Hero Movers to get a copy of my invoice as this was a move for work and I needed to submit my receipts. They responded saying they do not provide invoices, even though I had a screenshot of one they had done up for me while they were moving my belongings.

Really great price and everything worked out in the end but pretty disappointed with the experience and the fact I couldn't get a real invoice and therefore cannot be reimbursed by my employer.

My need for movers was extremely urgent and I had less than 48 hours to vacate the residence.

Hero movers stepped in and never charged me an extra fee for the short notice.

The move itself was quick and only lasted a few hours. I sincerely appreciate their efforts and all around service.

I was pleased with aspects of the move, but unfortunately there were a few things that prompted me to write a review.

The positive:
-They were pleasant and worked quickly.
-The truck was packed really well and nothing was broken.
-Good price. Less than half of what other companies quoted.

The Negative:
-45 minutes late, but they did call several times to update.
-My couch was ruined. It was pressed up against the hand truck and other items. Photos attached.
-Dragging of furniture along the floor. All of my furniture is solid wood - my bed frame is light enough that I can lift it, so it was carelessness that scratched up a $1000 frame.
-In the unloading process, really heavy items of furniture were left on their end, and I have to have someone help me move my TV stand. See photo. Also scratched.

I think if I you ensure to wrap your items and direct where you wanted things, it would make this a better process.
My move was very last minute and was pushed a day where I ended up having to hire someone, so I couldn't take all the necessary precautions.

I feel bad because there were some unforeseen issues I think made them rush.
