After much research, we selected Smart Pools as our choice to construct our on-ground pool. Rob and his team were incredible to work with. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his communication through the whole process. He was always quick to answer my many questions in detail to make sure we were comfortable and informed during the design/decision making process. He never tried to push unnecessary products or upsell and was always very honest. As with all construction I knew it would be messy but Rob and his team took such care of our yard and property cleaning as they went. After the pool was complete he still made himself available for any follow up questions we had. We are happily swimming this summer and highly recommend Smart Pools.

Rob is one of the true professionals in the pool business. He prices fairly, works diligently with care and detail. He stands behind his installations and shows you how all the equipment works (they do a pool school after install).

If you narrowed down your search and smart pools is on the list, your choice is made. I have dealt directly with other pool companies and there is no fair comparison. Smart pools every time. Great owner, great crew...you would be lucky to get them on board for your backyard project!

We searched long and hard over the past years talking to different pool installers....we are so happy to have picked Rob from smart pools to do our pool....he never tried to over sell us in anything, Robert was so patient in answering all our questions and educating us in how to maintain a pool....I had a huge wish list before getting my pool, and thankful to Rob who made me realize what is practical and what works best in my budget and functionality for my pool...Robert has been in the pool business for over 30 years, and it shows the professionalism in his work and his vast knowledge in the pool business...we are also thankful to Richard, for electrical and Marten gas fitter, both recommended from Robert. Very happy to have hired them both....very knowledgeable,
on time, and fair priced.. ...Can't thankyou enough Robert, I have only the best to say about you, thankyou for my dream pool.

Rob and his team did a fantastic job - professional, on time, fast and neat. The permit process and all the fun stuff they took care of with little or no hiccups. Gave good recommendations for Electrical hook up and running the gas lines. Would definitely recommend his company to any of my friends and family

Rob and his team were outstanding. From the moment we met Rob to pool school with Killeen, we were thoroughly impressed. Rob is very knowledgeable and helped us make the right choices for our needs. He is responsive to questions and concerns and set our mind at ease throughout the process. The actual installation was done in under a week, which we were not expecting. Rob, Vicki and the rest of the Smart Pools team were a pleasure to do business with. The quality of their work and level of customer service far exceeded our expectations. Rob and Vicki quickly responded to any of our calls or emails and never gave us the sense that we were an annoyance. Their installation team were extremely professional and left here with little evidence that they even installed a pool, minus the amazing pool they left behind. Rob and smart on ground pools did a great job!

Rob has excellent customer service and was willing to meet with us a few times over a two year span before we decided to get the pool. He sent us to several previous installs of his and we always heard the same things - great purchase, no regrets.

We got our pool installed in the fall of 2017 and have been using it a ton so far this year (currently June 2018). Rob and his crew showed a great attention to detail and made sure there were no surprises. The project met the budget and the schedule.

One thing to keep in mind though is how you finish your pool deck. We went with a stone patio and love it but it's a while separate job that is equivalent, in cost, to the pool itself.

My family now looks forward to many years of making great memories in the backyard. Like I was told by many previous customers, in my opinion this was a great purchase and I have absolutely no regrets.

Smart Pools - As Promised , On Time , On budget.

We purchased our pool in September 2017 , after our initial meeting with Rob from Smart Pools we were confident we had met the right person to build our pool. Rob helped us through the initial steps of planning and deciding the size and location of the pool , although there were some minor changes to our initial plan he remained open minded and flexible to our requirements. Rob was very helpful by sharing some of his thoughts on what should be considered when installing an on ground pool , although the project was still several months from starting , the plans were laid out step by step on how the pool install should proceed. Rob / Trevor and team arrived on schedule and delivered exactly as they promised and we could not be happier with the result , I would not hesitate to recommend Smart Pools to anyone interested in getting an on ground pool…I have included a few pictures of the build process as well as the end result after our landscaping project was near completion….The Clark’s , Burlington.
