Denise stagged our home this year (2024) and she was a pure pleasure to work with. From the very beginning and every step of the way she made the process as smooth as possible with minimal disruptions for us. She knew exactly how to show case our home in the best way and yet was open to listen to our ideas. She is personable, friendly and very professional. She was excellent in her follow up and responsiveness. I would highly recommend Denise to anyone who is looking to stage their home.

If I could leave a higher number of stars in this review for DENISE SLEEPER, I would. I retained Delta Home Staging to help me prepare my investment property for sale. The results were, as you can see from the photographs, simply stunning. Denise's touches were tasteful and not overdone. "Less is more," she advised me when I asked about adding a few additional items I'd seen on YouTube staging videos. I decided to trust her and look at the results! I believe that the decor she brought in enabled buyers to envision their own belongings in the space and helped them see its true potential for being a fabulous starter home. As a result, I received multiple bids over the asking price and am genuinely pleased with the outcome of this real estate experience. I highly recommend Denise's services for anyone who has a "sad space" that needs a boost, or who wants to maximize the potential of their sale by making the home appealing to a wide range of buyers. Denise helped us stage our condo when we sold. She was super helpful leading up to the pictures and what to do during our open house. She was very easy to communicate with throughout the whole process even up to the last minute. We had lots of questions that she got back to us right away and came up with great solutions. We feel Denise’s touch helped us getting over asking which we were exstatic about. Would recommend her to anyone thats looking to sell their place or even if you just need ideas on updating your intereior.
