I just had to get another company to come out and fix the work this company didn’t complete. As well, I came to find out an outside wall was not sprayed at all.

In September 2023 I hired Eco to spray foam and poly my crawl space.
Gary came out and told me the poly was already there and I just needed spray foam done. Regretfully, I didn’t inspect the work when complete and was not ask to look at the work that was done. I was caring for my son who just had open heart surgery.
I trusted the work was satisfactory and I paid for the work. (Big mistake.)
I went into the crawl space when I had the chance. That’s when I saw that not only the poly that was there was not spray foamed over, there were sections of poly not there at all (dirt exposed)
I contacted the company by phone but couldn’t get an answer. I sent an email to explain that I was not happy with the job, and did not get what I wanted.
I was transferred to Alan and was told they would come back to take a look, and that I didn’t need to be home as I work full time and access could be gained through the outside of the house.
Not knowing if they had come or not I phoned weeks later and was transferred to Alan, who in my option spoke rudely to me. I was told they would only add to the poly and that the crawl space had pillars that were hard to work around.
I told them the poly that was there was not even sealed to the spray foam, in sections and my hand reached the dirt. He said they were only going to add to what was there. That was the fall of 2023.
Last week I was contacted by the company. A message was left, as I was at work.
The secretary left a message that they were ready to come out to do the job. I tried to contact the company, but only got an answering machine. That’s when I decided to go with a more reputable company that went above my expectations.
Stay clear and don’t waste your hard earned money like I did, only to have to pay for a job twice.

I had Chad and Logan with Truck 43 do my house today, they were great! They came right on time and got everything done perfectly in only a few hours. They laid down sheets everywhere to make sure none of their equipment scratched my floors, and cleaned everything up nicely before leaving.

Punctual, courteous, friendly service. They did an amazing job on blowing in insulation in our attic, as well as insulating the ceiling hatches so they fit nice and tight. They took their time and did not rush the process. Took them 4 hours from start to finish. I'm sure we will definitely see quite a difference in our heating bills come this winter. Will definitely be using them again when we do the crawl space. Thank you Eco Insulation for a well done job.
