I had the absolute worst experience with Bath and Kitchen Studio. They sold me damaged sink faucets, and when I confronted them about it, they simply shrugged it off. To make matters worse, they walked away from my renovation job, leaving it incomplete and in shambles. Avoid this company at all costs – they're a nightmare to deal with, and their lack of professionalism is astounding.
Amazing service, honest, follows up as promised and has an excellent variety of products. Highly recommend!

Showed up at 5:30 on a Tuesday when the front of their store says open until 7PM and the door was locked...no one there. Disappointing. I want to support local, but this lax attitude towards store hours makes it hard.

Avtar has always made me feel so welcome in the past 10 years or so. I know what I'm looking for (quality fixtures at a decent price) and he knows what to recommend. Thank you, Avtar!

Unfortunately I recommended this store to my customers. The customer service was terrible and after receiving a faulty product we were told we would have to pay a 25 % re stocking fee to return it. The saleperson was mean to my customer and they are now out a significant amount of money. Please be careful and do your research before choosing a store for your next project, it might cost you thousands.

Avtar made our shopping experience easy and worry free! We had been looking at vanities online but were worried about the quality so we came here and fell in love with a beautiful vanity. The prices were spectacular and the quality surpassed anything else we had seen at this price. We cannot wait to finish our bathroom renovation and share the final look!

We had our powder room renovated a few months ago and are very pleased with the final outcome!
The service was exemplary! Avtar and Shubh were absolutely wonderful to work with. Professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and very polite!
Avtar offered competitive pricing and we were so pleased with the outstanding customer service. Shubh’s workmanship and attention to detail are superb.

It was such a pleasure working with Avtar on our bathroom renovation. He was so friendly and helpful and we were able to pick out everything we wanted - vanity, tower, toilet, shower faucets and taps - within no more than half an hour! Bath and Kitchen Studio has high quality products at a reasonable price and the customer service Avtar provides is second to none! We are already thinking about renovating our kitchen and another bathroom and we will definitely be using Bath and Kitchen Studio again!

We renovated our main bath and laundry room during COVID and opted to support local businesses as much as possible. This saved us a lot of time and frustration plus, we valued the quality compared to what was available in big box stores. We purchased a tub, laundry room sink and all fixtures from Bath and Kitchen Studio at a reasonable price. The owner Avtar, is very personable, knowledgeable and accommodating.There was a good selection of products to choose from but, if what we wanted wasn't in stock, Avtar ordered it in for us. Avtar dealt with delivery delays (due to COVID) efficiently by communicating with the supplier and us on a regular basis which we appreciated. We highly recommend Bath and Kitchen Studio and plan to go back for our next renovation project!
