Showed up at 5:30 on a Tuesday when the front of their store says open until 7PM and the door was locked...no one there. Disappointing. I want to support local, but this lax attitude towards store hours makes it hard.

I had the absolute worst experience with Bath and Kitchen Studio. They sold me damaged sink faucets, and when I confronted them about it, they simply shrugged it off. To make matters worse, they walked away from my renovation job, leaving it incomplete and in shambles. Avoid this company at all costs – they're a nightmare to deal with, and their lack of professionalism is astounding.

Unfortunately I recommended this store to my customers. The customer service was terrible and after receiving a faulty product we were told we would have to pay a 25 % re stocking fee to return it. The saleperson was mean to my customer and they are now out a significant amount of money. Please be careful and do your research before choosing a store for your next project, it might cost you thousands.

It was such a pleasure working with Avtar on our bathroom renovation. He was so friendly and helpful and we were able to pick out everything we wanted - vanity, tower, toilet, shower faucets and taps - within no more than half an hour! We renovated our main bath and laundry room during COVID and opted to support local businesses as much as possible. This saved us a lot of time and frustration plus, we valued the quality compared to what was available in big box stores. We purchased a tub, laundry room sink and all fixtures from Bath and Kitchen Studio at a reasonable price. The owner Avtar, is very personable, knowledgeable and accommodating.There was a good selection of products to choose from but, if what we wanted wasn't in stock, Avtar ordered it in for us. Avtar dealt with delivery delays (due to COVID) efficiently by communicating with the supplier and us on a regular basis which we appreciated. We highly recommend Bath and Kitchen Studio and plan to go back for our next renovation project!
