STAY AWAY. I have purchased a brand new furnace from them 2 years ago. Today there has been a malfunction with the furnace, my house is freezing(this is Canadian household with a toddler and a pregnant woman) And when I called for service (for the furnace I bought from them) they said call someone else, we dont have anyone for the 1-2 weeks. Also while purchasing, they have assured me it is under warranty and I wouldnt have any issues. Now he is saying labor is not covered, only parts are covered under manufacturer warranty. Incredibly rude and dishonest people, don't know how it has a good score.
