Would recommend. I've been a dedicated customer since 2017 furnishing my home with blinds from here. I get lots of compliments on the windo coverings as they are modern and function well. The customer service rocks! Alyson recently helped me with an order and herself and team were kind, patient and above all very helpful.

Overall

The blinds look good but when the installer arrived, the manufacturer had not provided the hardware he needed to install one of the pieces, even though he included it in his quote when he measured my windows. He did a great job with the one he could install unfortunately he will have to get the parts he needs and come back for the other one. That was extremely disappointing given how expensive these blinds were.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. We had the full attention of the two store associates, who were both very knowledgeable. Our order came in within a week (as promised) and exceeded our expectations in terms of quality. Would highly recommend Blinds to Go for their expansive selection and positive shopping experience. It was nice to be able to see and touch the products and ask lots of questions, which is something you can’t do when you shop online. We would shop here again!

Poor service and a bunch of unprofessionals. Their warranty is totally a fraud. False promises and absurd reasoning when you claim the warranty for their poor quality fabric. I bought blinds for my whole house and after a month they all started fraying and threads coming out on the sides. Took it back and the way they treated it was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of fixing it they made it worst. See the pictures below this is how they repaired it. The lady working in the store was giving absurd reasoning for this repair which i am pretty sure a kid would understand it. Totally regret purchasing from them.
The five star reviews you see is because they request every customer to give them 5 stars which they asked me too after my initial purchase. The pics i am sharing is after when they repaired it. It was much better when i dropped them off for initial repair. A total trap.

On Wednesday, I went to the store with my exact measurements, and knew what style I wanted. The purchase took about 5 minutes. The blinds arrived the following Saturday, and pick-up was really easy. Once I got home I installed the blinds in about 10 minutes, but I did have to shorten the returns on the valence by half an inch. I knew this when I ordered them as they could only make the return a minimum of 1 inch and I needed them smaller. Easy to cut. 5 minutes later the valence was installed, and everything looks great! Very efficient and everyone at the store was amazing!!
