Overall

Great service! Called and the 20 yard bin was at home after half an hour. Picked up and they send the exact weight and prorated invoice. Love this company and definitely will use again. Great service and both Brian (the one in office and the driver) were nice and friendly. The ladies who also answered my phones were extremely friendly and polite. Thank you all!

One star is too much of a rating.
Do not use this company. They are crooks and money grabbers. They charged me 595 for a week but when I talked to them earlier they said it would cost 299.00 plus whatever by ton. I did not have that much garbage.
They did not even send me an invoice and took 500 deposit which they kept and 95.00 extra. I am very disappointed and I will never use this company.

Drop off was exactly as promised. Late on the pick up which was not a big deal. Received a call apologizing they were late and would pick up the next day. Bin was picked up the next day as promised. Invoice was as clear and concise and exactly as promised when ordering.

Driveway was not swept and cleaned as mentioned on the website. Not a bid deal for me. I received a follow up to see how the service went. Mentioned the lack of clean up during the follow up text communication. Received a call back right away. Customer service rep was fantastic apologizing that it was not done. Still not a big deal. I was asked if a manager could follow up with me in a couple of days regarding this. I told her sure. Manager never called or followed up which I found to exhibit poor customer service from a manager.

That was the reason for one star deducted. All in all good service.

Overall

We were cleaning out my mother's house after her passing, & required 2 extra large bins. I've never ordered a bin in the past, & the service received from this company made a difficult time more bearable.
The customer service was fantastic; the person I spoke to was very informative, & provided detailed explanation of the different sizes, costs, duration of rental, etc.
The delivery was very prompt; bin was delivered within hours, & same with the pickup.
The costs were very reasonable.
I would highly recommend this company
