During the inspection, he offers a breakdown of what he's observing, frames things in a way for easy understanding, and also shows you directly for your knowledge and benefit. For issues he flags as needing attention, he'll often provide solutions and estimates. He also took the time to go through the final report, and answered all questions we had. We used Ray for our home inspection and were happy until moving into the property. Ray glossed over water damage in the ceiling as having no concerns only to move in and find it is an ongoing issue. We have also found mold growing that was missed during the inspection along with other missed areas of water damage.

We had Ray inspect two homes for us - one that we were putting in an offer on, and one that we ended up purchasing without having a pre-inspection. We decided to have Ray come to the purchased house because we had such a great experience with him the first time, that we thought having an inspection for peace of mind would be a good idea, and it definitely was. I cannot recommend Ray highly enough! It was like having someone walk you through your home - inside and out - point out what needs to be fixed, what is worrisome, how he'd recommend having it fixed, and what it might cost. He also of course points out things your house has working for it!
