Overall

Ernie was great from start to finish. Very professional, and took a great deal of time and care doing the home inspection.

He answered any questions I had. He also took the time to explain certain aspects of the home during the inspection, so I was well informed on any issues or how something worked.

He also did a through and well documented report on all issues whether they were minor or major. He included pictures along with recommendations of seriousness, and how quickly this should be taken care of.

I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Ernie's services if you are buying a home. I will definitely use him again when/if we move again.

Michael Tita did a home inspection for us. We are 100% satisfied. He did a great job. Very professional and detail oriented. He patiently answered all my questions (and I had a ton of them) providing all the necessary information. He also was so kind and provided references for how systems in a house function and those references turned out to be very helpful for us who never had lived in a house.
If we need to do an inspection on our next property purchase, we will definitely call Michael again.

The home inspection came with a comprehensive, digital report that I had not received from a previous home inspection from another company. The report not only shows deficiencies but also a diagram and explanation of what the structure should be like according to code. Ernie was amazing. Super helpful and thorough. Very easy to talk to. We had him come do a post-purchase inspection in order to give us an idea of what we needed to do to this house as the new owners. We did our home inspection with Bruce and are beyond satisfied with the service. Bruce is patient and detail oriented, taking his time to do a thorough job of the inspection. Furthermore, he would provide feedback as he went through each thing which I found super helpful. This was in addition to the time spent going through the final report at the end. So, by the end of the inspection I had a clear idea on what the house had to offer - both the good and the bad.
