Recently got countertop and back splash installed from them. Excellent experience overall. The owner personally comes and ensure the job gets done with care. They got great customer service at the store and professional team for installation. Price was unbeatable!! During the installation, there was a small accident and damage to one appliance, the owner proactively replaced the entire appliance with a brand new one WITHOUT EVEN asking. I would definitely recommend this place. Trustworthy and best value for money.

It's been 3 years with my quartz countertops that looked very good when installed. Holes have appeared and the quartz is very delicate. Even on surfaces that are not used. I am very disappointed. Metro came once to fix some holes and they filled them. Metro will not get back to me to fix minor holes that I will pay for. I do not recommend this location. I did not purchase a low quality quartz and I expected a strong, long lasting countertop.

We are so pleased with the service we received from Metro Countertops. When we started looking at different counter top options, we had a general idea of what we wanted but just needed to find it. The staff at Metro Countertops were pleasant and provided us with several different options. They did not rush our decision and went above and beyond to help us find something we liked. They came out to our home, took measurements and just waited for us to give them the go ahead. There was no pressure and they worked with us to find something that fit within our budget.

Once we were ready for installation, the installers they sent to our home where very professional and took time to care for our home. They spread fabric throughout the walk way so that they were not walking in our house with their shoes. They took care of everything very well, their work is extremely neat and they provided care tips for the counter top.

We highly recommend this company! The price was within our budget and the service was excellent.
