Neil arrived promptly as per booking, checked system from top to bottom and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He explained the plan and costs clearly and concisely and ordered the replacement part.

Our experience with AtlasCare has been excellent.
AC failure during most recent 30+ heat. Same day service call from technician Samuel was greatly appreciated as it was after 9:00 pm.
Extremely happy with every AtlasCare team member that helped us out on short notice.
Our 20 yr old AC unit was beyond repair. We decided to replace the furnace as it too was 20 yrs old.
The following day AtlasCare rep Matt fully explained our options and had us scheduled for a new install.
Installation team of Dakota, Dhillon and Conner did a fantastic job! They clearly explained the new equipment, cleaned up very well upon completion, and were extremely pleasant; thank you.

We had both our AC units fail this past week; so called AtlasCare to come and assess the issue. Jason arrived on time and was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He spent an hour diagnosing the units and then gave us our options and the cost for each. Due to the age of our units we decided to go with new ones. Jason costed them out and checked availability. He then schedule us in for the install asap. The installation crew arrived promptly and had the 2 new units up and running in about 3 hours. The staff were all very polite and professional. The only name I remember is Dhillon; but they were all phenomenal. We will definitely use AtlasCare again in the fall for our furnace inspection. We recommend this company without hesitation. Thanks for the prompt service on the hottest of days!!!

We have been with Atlascare for a year and a half and have only had terrific service from them. More specifically, we had our annual HVAC inspection and it was recommended to look into a heatpump system as our furnace and AC were starting to age. At the same time as this, our tankless water heater started failing.

Matt Carscadden and team were absolutely amazing. We met with Matt to discuss all of our heatpump and furnace options as well as replacing the tankless water heater. Little did we know, as this was happening, we also ran into other plumbing issues! Matt was our single point of contact for Atlascare and really helped make the whole process seamless and every technician we saw was superb. Amir and Jaylen fixed our plumbing issues quickly but also took the time to answer all of our questions and explained everything for us.

The heatpump, furnace, and tankless water heater were to be installed over two days. Brandon Falzon, Ajit, and Austin were able to do the installation all in one day. They also took our opinions under consideration on where to place the new heatpump, moving it from the backyard to the side of our house which gave us a lot more room. They were all incredible, with great customer service, and again took the time to answer all of our questions, and explain the new systems. Brandon even hooked up our HRV system to our furnace which we never had working correctly before. Ajit and Austin even came back the next day to move our HRV system for us.

All 5 technicians were incredibly professional and left our house just as clean as when they arrived. I really felt that each technician treated our home as their own while doing the work. Atlascare continually goes above and beyond for us and we are so much appreciative! Thank you!

Very pleased with my experience with Atlas Care Oakville.
I got several quotes from at least 4 different companies for a new heat pump system. Atlas Care was the most appealing because of their top notch customer satisfaction and quality policies. Plus, our sales rep, Chris P, patiently worked with me to pick out the best system, and stayed in contact to address any questions during our decision making process.
On the day of our install, the crew was very friendly, showed extreme dedication, care and attention to detail. The workmanship was top notch. Huge thank you to the installers Andrew and Adam. I feel confident knowing my new equipment is protected by a satisfaction guarantee and 10 year parts and labour warranty, and that any issues will be addressed ASAP. I would recommend these guys to anyone. As a matter do fact, I recommended them to a family member for another install replacing a 20+ year old AC with a new heat pump. They are also very pleased with their new system.
