Very Slow - I ordered cabinets and a countertop from them in late 2023 it's now mid june 2024 and I still dont have them. Luckily this is for a basement wet bar not my main kitchen.

The cabinets took about 12 weeks to be delivered due to them moving locations early this year. After which I was asked to pay the balance on the purchase so they could order the counter. That balance was paid 10 weeks ago and presently I don't even have an install date booked.

The cabinets I have received seem decent quality, though we're missing the knobs (told these were forgotten during the original delivery but still haven't been provided). But overall I wouldn't recommend recommend simply based on time

My Husband and I bought an older home that needed a complete face lift. The Owners of Canadian Cabinetry supported us through our renovation with advice and recommendations. I am truly shocked by the amount of support they offered us in being able to answer our questions and even with the design. We had no idea what we wanted and had never experienced a reno before! For a busy small company, they blew us out of the water. I couldn't recommend more!

Counter top come in two weeks late installer installed badly called Ray and he said we need to replace and he would install next counter top again over two weeks late then after it came Ray did show up but the install was worst then first and Ray did not stick around he left before we could see job to my surprise it was worse then the first job as a retired small business owner i can’t believe Ray would not stick around to talk to us

My wife and I used Canadian Cabinetry & Countertops for a basement apartment kitchen for our son. We have done a number of kitchen remodels in the past and we wish we had found them sooner so they could have done those as well. Friends of ours had used their services and highly recmmended them. Ray and Susan certainly did not disappoint. They supplied a quality product at a very competitive price. Susuan knew exactly what we wanted and was very helpful in creating the overall kitchen design/layout as well as assisting us to select the best hardware and countertop for our kitchen. Susan has a great sense of design and made astute recommendations to keep our kitchen simple, clean and elegant.

Even our simple galley kitchen required a geat deal of thought as to cupboard placement so that the layout was functional, balanced and aesthetically pleasing and kept cost down by matching it with existing plumbing and other infrastructure.. Ray and Susan were able to suggest changes to our original design that brought the whole project together seemlessly and on time and budget.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with the final product!!

Canadian Cabinetry and Countertops installed a kitchen for us, and from start to finish it was nothing but professional and an amazing experience. They were able to take an idea of what we wanted and turned it into a perfectly designed and functional kitchen. They brought us in to their shop to choose styles and colors and added the hardware in free of charge, as long as we chose from what they had in stock. The kitchen showed up when they said it would, and install was fast and perfectly done. Both Ray and Sue were great people to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone who asked! Thanks Ray and Sue, we love our new kitchen!

My kitchen was renovated by this company 2 years ago and I am still missing parts (drawer bars) for its completion! The installation took 5 months, during which time I had no working kitchen sink. There were constant delays and excuses (surgeries, people quitting, car accidents, the plans for my door style having been stolen, and now covid delays). Nothing was measured correctly. Many parts had to be made twice due to mistakes. I returned my ordered fridge twice due to changes in the plans and even now have a fridge that will not open fully due to poor planning by Ray. You have to keep on them constantly. I was phoning Susan daily to determine whether anyone would be coming….most often the answer was no. You would be crazy to go with this company. I can’t believe they have any good reviews.

Yes our renovation took longer than expected due to unforeseen issues that arose but that is to be expected with any project and /or business. We recently completely renovated our kitchen, including all new cabinets and a new layout. Canadian Cabinetry was awesome to work with and I would highly recommend them. They were responsive, attended our home numerous times to answer questions we had and came up with some great ideas for the configuration of the kitchen. We had our kitchen renovated taking out two support walls with another contractor, then Susan and Ray helped us choose the kitchen of our dreams. Ray was great coming by many times to remeasure, and Susan was great helping us in the showroom. Phone calls were always returned and they were more than willing to work with us to keep us within our budget.
