Overall

Had them move me back and fourth to Nunavut. Great job on their end, simple straight forward, professional staff of moving days. Also, want to comment that the customer service was good too. I had a minor issue to address after the fact, like a year later, and they still were helpful in addressing it showing they are interested in continued customer satisfaction.

Please run as far as you can away from Canada Moving systems. They are very dishonest amd careless with your items. They are only interested in your money, and very UNPROFESSIONAL with thier business.
Once your business is over and you pay them, thats it, they change.
DO NOT USE THEM.
They do not deserve even half a star

My step father was moving his stuff into his long term storage and used this company for both the storage and the moving, and they took my hockey equipment without permission.
When I tried getting it back there charging my step father just under 800$ for there mistake of taken my goalie equipment with direct orders not too.

When we contacted them about the issue they accused me as a liar and that I just missed placed my equipment in my house, when they finally aloud me to look threw the crates the movers told me that yes they remember putting my equipment into the storage while knowing that they were not supposed to.

This make me very frustrated since they made a mistake but still forcing us to pay for getting my equipment back after they took the equipment without permission of the owner.

Thank you to Karen who was beyond accommodating booking our move date. And a shout out to Braiden, Carter, and Wayne who were very professional and efficient. We were moving my mom out of her home she and my dad had been living in for 65 years. It was an extremely emotional day, especially for my 86 yr old mom. The movers were very sensitive to the situation and did a fantastic job on both ends. Thank you!

If i could give 0, i would. I've moved a lot and never did i receive such incompetent service. I exchanged texts with one employee at least a month before, confirmed a few days before and the day before. Communication seemed fine until the day of. 2 people showed up an hour late and tried to charge me for it in the end! Everything was already packed, only needed to be loaded onto the truck. I don't know what game they were playing but they sure failed at Tetris!

Moved very slow, charged me after hours (from 1pm to 5:30pm) when this move shouldn't have been more than 3 hours! And did 2 trips!!! I've moved with my 60 year old father for crying out loud and never took this long!

Let's not forget the items they were leaving behind. I'm a single mother with a toddler, do you seriously think i appreciated this? They were not worth the money i spent.

Very pleased with Westmount Moving for the pack and load of my home. The loading team lead by Tara was superb. They arrived on time and were very professional and efficient. They were very careful wrapping and packing and did a great job.

The loading team of Peter, Dawson, and Jay were equally as professional. They were very hardworking and took great care as the loaded my things onto the truck. They were very carefully with my stuff and also very careful not to damage any walls as they moved.

Additionally, all of my interactions with Fred, Belinda, and Kyle in the office were very smooth and professional. I would definitely use Canada Moving - Westmount Moving again. Thank you!!
