We lately purchased many kitchen and vanity pieces from the store for our entire house renovation, ranging from kitchen faucets, sinks, to shower sets and bathtubs. They have wide range of selections, in the showroom as well as on catalogues. We had great experience with the assistance for ordering, flexible deliveries and other requests such as replacing pieces due to wrong installations. The store manager Kim is extremely nice, responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this store.

Last year my husband and I finally decided to do a complete renovation of our entire kitchen and two washrooms. It was the first time we renovated and it was quite overwhelming as almost everything need to be replaced. We are very grateful for Kim at the Royal Bath and Kitchen, she is amazing! Hi, it's been a year and a half since we did our home reno and I just want to add an update to our review to say that the after-sale service provided by Kim has been FANTASTIC. Five stars all the way. We had a cartridge leak on one of our bathroom faucets, and Kim went above and beyond with her support. Riobel didn't have the part in stock and were going to be three weeks getting it to me. Kim gave me one of hers so I wouldn't have to wait for Riobel, showed me step-by-step how to replace it and even gave me the special small allen key I needed to do the repair. The bathroom faucet is repaired and working perfectly and completely leak free now and I didn't have to wait three weeks for the part from Riobel. Before we purchased, I felt buying from a store like Royal Bath and Kitchen and someone like Kim was the right way to go because the level of service, support and education about products, features and manufacturers that we would get would be much better than trying to get someone to help us at a big box store. It turns out I was right and the after-sale service is part of that and further confirmation that we made the right choice. Thanks for all your knowledgeable support, Kim.
