Ever since the furnace and AC was installed it stopped working in the winter when it was cold. Every year a tech visit was need in addition to the regular maintenance. Boards were changed other things were replaced. Last I took the time to research and it was an implementation fault. I solved the issue. However I’m upset that as a Carrier dealer you needed to provide a solution sooner and avoid me having to pay additional service calls for many years !!

Dani and Eiden came over promptly to check out my home in Durham Region for heat pump installation. They were thorough and upfront with costs and installation procedures. They arranged for my energy audit quite quickly.

My furnace completely died on Sunday and temperatures are very low. I call Econoair every year for maintenance and they are the ones I go to for any issues with the heating and cooling systems. They are 24/7 so I called them and Faraz, who usually comes to do maintenance service here every year, came within 2 hours of my call. I was very impressed.

The furnace was old and parts were expensive to replace; Faraz recommended to put the money to upgrade instead. I thought as well, best to upgrade the furnace, plus I needed upgrades with a very old thermostat, the existing humidifier and try a new Air Purifier.

Then, Dani called to help us and to figure out everything to best replace the furnace with a new one plus all other upgrades needed. Dani came within the hour after Faraz had left. Dani helped with all the questions I had, even to messages I sent late into Sunday evening which I was impressed with this type of customer service.

The next day Justin and Paul came to install everything in a professional and efficient manner. They were also friendly and ready to help with all my questions which are a few since I'm no expert : ) yet they took the time to explain every question I had. Everything was installed without any issues and they are all running correctly today.

Econoair Heating and Cooling Inc is always the place I turn to when we have any issues for our heating and cooling systems.

My family is extremely grateful for the prompt response and services they helped us with.
