Our door was ready in the time frame in which it was promised. The two door installers were very professional and did an amazing job.

Replaced my windows 2 years ago. Installed one screen damaged. I called multiple times for a replacement…still waiting. This customer service is poor.
By your response I gather you are expecting full rate for an incomplete job? For damaged product? In what world does that make sense?
There’s still no offer to replace the damaged product. ?‍♂️

This is the third time I have had my windows replaced by W&D Specialists. I have done all the windows in my house in stages. Now they are all done. Each time has been an amazing experience from the measurements, to the selection and then finally to the installation. Professional, courteous, fair in pricing and on time with delivery expectations. You can tell a good contractor by the way they leave the space after finishing. Both outside and inside were left in a clean manner and we had the least amount of disturbance during all their installations.

I am extremely pleased with every aspect of the services provided by The Window & Door Specialist from obtaining quote to the completion of the installation. All our 23 windows were replaced with great quality thin frame Heritage brand windows as well as our front door and patio door. I ordered triple glaze for some fixed windows and the rest double glaze.
It was a pleasure dealing with Ali and Kian, the owners who are very professional, knowledgeable about the products, extremely patient and always ready to answer any questions.
The installation was exceptional and the installers were very efficient and respectful of my home and the quality of work was outstanding. they took the time to ensure that all debris was removed and the house was left clean. The quality of windows is absolutely astounding.
The windows and doors are well insulated. I noticed a big difference the way my house holds the temperature now.
I would 100 percent recommend The Window & Door Specialist for all your window and door needs.

I had 3 bay windows replaced with triple glazed units in my bathroom reno. Kian was very helpful in recommending that the large unit be one piece and to make one of the smaller windows operable. He also let me know that there is a government rebate and who to contact in that regard. Pricing and workmanship was very good.
