Lynn and Jennifer are the best in the business. How a house presents has become paramount in the marketing process and this group is above the rest. When I refer someone to a client, I have to have the upmost faith that they will do the best job possible as its a reflection of my judgement. With GEM staging there is no stress as I know the job will be perfect.

I found Lynn's company by googling staging companies in Niagara after my house had been 3 months on the market with no success. Not only she has done a beautiful staging, but her responsiveness, truthfulness, very competitive prices and attention to details made the staging process super easy and successful -sold the house within a month after staging. I am myself from GTA and did not get to worry a bit throughout the process, which is very important. Will recommend her to anyone who is trying to sell in this slow market.

We used gem home staging for two of our houses and were extremely happy with the services provided and the way lynn and her team transformed the space. Both houses were sold within one week for over asking price- definitely worth it!! She was really creative with how to use and awkward space and was careful to make sure that the rooms all suited the style of home. I would definitely recommend her services and will be using her again in the future. Her furniture and accessories are also very nice and up to date.

We have worked twice with Lynn at Gem Home Staging & Designs and couldn't be happier with the results. The first experience we asked Lynn to stage our home for sale, the results were incredible and we sold our home rather quickly and painlessly with no doubt due to the very elegant selections made by Lynn to accentuate our home. The second time Lynn helped with the decor in our current home and without her expert eye, it wouldn't be where it is today. She works with your preferred style and can help with anything from lighting fixtures and carpet selection to furniture placement and displays. We always look forward to working with Lynn, she has such a great eye for home style, would highly recommend!
