I order and paid for a gate based on company web site pictures and I was sent a different cheaper version, when I brought it to their attention they ghosted me.
Very unprofessional !

I just installed a 20 foot concord gate. Do it yourselfers beware the installation instructions on website are not accurate with respect to bottom of gate position being 38 inches from bottom of 9 foot 5 inch gate posts. Double check your gate and hinge locations as noted and don't trust the installation instructions for where the bottom of the gate position will be relative to the post.
As for the hinge positions on the concord gate please see first photo below. You can see using the hinge position on the post the gate sits well above the gate post. In none of the on-line photos of installations is this the case and I suspect there's been a change in hinge fabrication or something creating this issue. I called the company and never received call back from Mark the owner. I did receive a call from John a technician and noted he uses a different measuring system to account for where the bottom of gate will be (62 inches from top of post and adds 6 inches to account for clearance). After speaking to John I determined my best option was to lower the hinge position myself. Now please see the full photo of the gate. To me and based on website photos of other installs....that is how the gate position should look relative to the posts. I had to lower the hinges approximately 6 inches to achieve the proper position and had to purchase some hardware to secure the hinge and deal with the frustration. Using the existing hinge position the gate ends would be well above the post as seen in first image which to me looks incorrect.
The product overall seems decent but one of the gate panels seems like it may be twisted and this may be related to having to reposition the hinges and may need some persuasion to align.
As noted above and from a follow-up perspective I did not hear from the owner and was told I would hear from him. I'm sure he's busy but I paid over $8000 for the materials and I guess he has my money already so doesn't care that I'm not satisfied with the support after receiving the product.

I wanted to extend a thank you to you for organizing SSI to install. They have been nothing but professional. They went the extra mile to fix some of the electrical issues in the garage so that everything would sync up to the app like you had spoken about.
In addition, they sourced a solution to ensure my dog doesn’t crawl under the gate as they had to leave a significant space to account for the gradient in the driveway.
Most recently, the gate opening mechanism has proven to be defective. However; Mike, has been incredibly responsive, and diligent in trying to get everything resolved. He is definitely someone I would recommend for other Amazing Gate installs given his integrity to a job well done.

I usually do not write reviews, but this time I have to give a 1 star, I wish i can give a ZERO.
When we installed the gate, it failed to operate within 1 week of installation, we called this worker from their company called Mike to come and fix it, we ended up spending a few hundred extra to change a remote control system.
After another week, the gate started to open and refuse to close up whenever it rains or snows, we called Mike again, he said he will come on the next Monday, he didn’t come.
We called him again to schedule Friday, he didn’t show up.
We schedule with him at LEAST 7 times, he finally came and repaired the sensor, for $500.
Less than a week after the repair, the gate internally STOPPED functioning, it doesn’t move anymore, The metal posts holding the gates started to tilt to 1 side due to the heavy weight, scratching out deep marks on our driveway.
We called Mike again, he promised to come to check on the scheduled date, he did NOT show up, we called him, he did not answer his phone.
We can’t even find anyone else willing to check it and fix it for us, because who will fix a broken potato quality gate which is not from their own company???
A week ago a stranger came into our yard through the broken opened gate, he was trespassing, my family members were frightened, lucky we had the dogs, he heard the dogs barking and left before we called the police.
Mike NEVER came again, never answered the calls, never solved our gate problem.
We decided to remove those gates and install new ones from another company.
I just want say, if you can’t be responsible, can’t be on time, can’t promise your product’s quality for its price( gates + all the repair costs were more than $20,000). You deserve to lose the trust from your customer.
I can promise here, with all the text history and calls from my mother, that we were NEVER rude to any of the company’s employees including Mike, so there’s no reason for you, the company, to treat your customers that way.

Huge thanks to Geoff and the team at Amazing Gates. As a contractor, finding reliable, honest and fair suppliers to work with is a challenge. Geoff and the team were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful every step of the way. From my original questions before the quote, right through the install process. I HIGHLY recommend these gates/fences.
