A piece of concrete the size of a baseball came off one of their trucks and hit my mother-in-laws car on the 401 while my wife was driving it. This was 2 weeks ago (End of August 2018). They told us they would contact their insurance company and everything would be resolved. 2 weeks later they say "too bad go deal with it yourself". No apology, no concern, no trying to rectify the situation in anyway. They wasted our time for 2 weeks when we could have been getting this fixed ourselves.

This was a very dangerous situation where someone could easily have been killed or injured. I was expecting a much better response from a company like this. This is how they treat people they have done wrong by and it is very telling.
