Our sump pump stopped working and we needed an immediate service, called on time electric and sean came out and disconnected the power and waited for our plumber to do the repair and he reconnected the power. We had issues with an old breaker that kept tripping every now and then. We submitted an online request and got a response after about an hour, and they offered to come by shortly after to take a look and provide a free quote. After identifying the issue, Sean went to purchase a new breaker for us and came to the house to replace our old breaker on the same day for a reasonable price. Sean maintained excellent and prompt communication via both email and text. We will definitely be calling Sean again for any future issues!
