Terrific customer service!

I bought a black Riobel kitchen faucet over 2 years ago. A minor part of the finish had come off. So I called and they said they would replace this rather expensive faucet at no charge! Just had to return the old one. I was totally thrilled. Thanks to the staff Terry and others at Ceramic Tile World.

We had a great experience at this store. We bought tiles for our 4 bathrooms, laundry room, pantry, 2 fireplaces and all of our hardwood and vinyl. Prices are reasonable and their customer service is great. Dina was amazing and so friendly! She's very knowledgeable and she offered so many great suggestions to help with our selection. She's a gem! We also met the owner Steve and he was also great We've recommended this place to all our friends and we'll continue to do so.

We recently bought tiles for 3 bathrooms. The selection here was great and the prices very reasonable. They also applied $0.5 discount per sq.ft for all tiles.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. They also helped us choose matching grouts and recommended mortars. They did not price-gouge us at any point.

The tiles were delivered on time and they even threw in some free tiles for the shower niche.

All in all a great experience.
