Thank you so much for helping us with our eavestroughs and soffit work!!!
You, Gladys, and the crew have been really great! Deena and I really appreciate the work you have done and your expertise. Please thank the crew for us. They were excellent. We are really happy with the work that they did and how attentive they were to detail. I honestly can't think of a better experience than with your crew and company. The results are fantastic and we are really pleased! They even replaced the white hinge that they originally put on with a pebble clay colour hinge! That made a huge difference. We were so pleasantly surprised as Deena and I were wondering about how we would go about trying to paint it when we looked at hinge and saw that it was already changed to a pebble finish by the crew. It was such a nice touch. We love how they did both downspout disconnections and the custom cap covers. The 6" gutters are great. And thank you so much for identifying the carpenter ants and advising us how to fix it. We appreciate you coming back a few days later to complete the repair!
We look forward to using your services again and have already recommended you to others!!!

Thank you Mark and your fantastic crew of installers.

Our house must have been one of your most difficult jobs. There was an entire municipal crew in our court doing work, forcing your crew to work around them, and later/longer in the day than normal. Somehow, with all the confusion and darkness of the day, since your crew ended up working until just before nightfall, the wrong colour eaves were installed.

When we realized the mistaken colour, you really stepped up to fix it. It's not easy having your guys work an entire day to remove old gutters and reinstall new ones. BUT, to take ownership of the mistake and have to do the install a second time the very next day? That takes real pride of ownership in making your customers happy at any cost. Thank you for making things right!

The new eavestroughs look amazing! And the alterations that were made from the original design have really helped make the house look better, but also are more functional in directing water away in a more efficient and balanced way.

Prompt, Professional, Personal...PERFECTION!
When hiring professionals to complete work on your home, this company ticks all the boxes. After submitting the online estimate form we received a detailed quote within 24hrs. The quote was approved and the work scheduled. A 2 man crew arrived on site/on time, setup, ripped out and replaced all of our gutters and downspouts in a day.

The attention to detail, the dedication to their trade and craftsmanship was notable. Lots of pride in their company and work. This was an all around great experience and the easiest 5 STAR review yet.

Thank you Mark and crew! A very satisfied customer.
p.s. My apologies for introducing your crew to the 22' Jaws ladder, you may have to get a few. :)
