I expressed to the associate I required some supplies very close to closing and that I would arrive 1min prior to closing based on traffic projections. I asked the associate if he would be able to stay open for another 5 minutes, worst case scenario.

I was informed to “take my chances” and if I arrived late, there wasn’t anything he could do. This negative experience has shifted my opinion of the brand and will look to other suppliers to source my material moving forward.

Someone must have missed customer service 101.
