A super experience with need for new furnace when AC/Furnace broke at the start of the heat wave. Fast and efficient service. Excellent diagnostics and professional service. The job was challenging as my home is old and duct work has lost of turns and curves. Mario was superb and the two workers were professional, efficient and skilled. I have been using DuPont for over 30 years with annual services for furnace, AC, fireplaces, and tankless water heater and recommend Dupont without reservation. My boiler broke down in the late afternoon on a cold day. Called Dupont and with no hesitation they had me booked for a same day appointment. Service time was 7-10pm and Mario arrived promptly at 7pm, friendly, professional and helpful. He had the issue identified and fixed within 10 minutes but then also stayed back to thoroughly test and make sure everything was working well. This was followed by a follow-up call the next morning to make sure everything was ok. If this isn't excellent service, I don't know what is! Will certainly be calling on Dupont again in the future.

I was looking to buy a higher quality, more efficient furnace. I did some research and numerous sites considered the Viessman boilers the best made boilers with the best materials. When I got in touch with the distributor they suggested we use Dupont. The communication and installation were fast and professional. The installer did a craftsman like job. I am a retired mechanic and was impressed with the quality of the work.

We were extremely pleased with the job Dupont did installing a new heat pump to replace our gas furnace and air conditioner. Doing this kind of work in older downtown homes requires a combination of skill, experience and creativity. Mario and the installation team of Cody and Adam were great coming up with solutions. They were excellent not only with the specifics of the heat pump but did such a neat job rerouting a drain pipe from the on demand water heater and other little touches. The crew were nice, intelligent people which makes a difference when they are working all around your house for two and a half days.
