Overall

All Canadian is a reputable waste disposal bin company. The service is great, prices are fair, and All Canadian is my only choice when I need a disposal bin. I've used their bins 8 times so far without a hitch. Thank you Steve and Alejandro!

My experience with the company was really good. The trash bin arrived on time, the driver was very careful with my driveway, and they were very punctual with both the delivery and the pickup. I really recommend them.

Nightmare of a company to do business with !! Fellow ontarions beware !
I am a general contractor who has been ordering waste bins from various companies for a long time now . Ordered a bin from All Canadian waste disposal to one of my job sites,bin arrived & I wasn’t on site so they called me demanding full payment (700$) before they could drop the bin, I complied and sent an email transfer. Later i came to find out they had dropped the bin to the wrong house so called them to come correct it. 2 days later I come to find out their inexperienced driver had completely destroyed the gutters when offloading the bin. I Called all Canadian waste spoke to a manager named “Alexandro” and Alexandro right away was defensive and claimed his guys hadn’t done it without investigating or asking his driver . I told him I had video surveillance and he said he will speak with the driver, Alejandro never called back so I called 2 days later & got a hold of him and Alexandro confirmed the driver had indeed hit the gutters. From then on I had to play phone tag with “Steve “ the other manager in trying to get them to pay for the damages, I had to replace all of the gutters/downspouts for my client which cost over 3k and I billed all Canadian waste only $1,300 to which they agreed to pay for but getting them to pay was the hard part, they stopped picking up my phone calls or kept making excuses and delaying everything, I had to go to their HQ on Bowes road in person twice ! And finally after 3 months I was able to get $1,000 cheque off them and this was only after I threatened to sue them . Please do not order any bins from these scammer clowns , I thank god everyday that these scammers didn’t hit the actual house otherwise I would have been in big trouble . Every time it rained all the rain water would come pouring out of the damaged areas creating puddles on the driveway . Do not do business with these guys !

Avoid this company! Management and drivers are unprofessional and have terrible customer service. They not only destroyed my driveway but they also caused damage to the neighbor's property on several occasions.

On one occassion the driver was in a hurry and while hoisting the bin onto the truck he snagged the overhead hydro line which detached the power service line to my neighbors house.

Due to the urgency of the issue I had my electrician and Toronto Hydro repair the damage immediately. I have contacted the business to make me whole for their worker's mistake, however they have given me the run around for over a year. Understanding it was a mistake, I have been very patient with the company but ultimately I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and take them to claims court. Avoid the headache. Book a reputable company.

Same thing happened to me as some other complaints written here about this awful company. I didn't hire them but they used our property to drop off/pick up their bin and destroyed our lawn and driveway in the process. Even when I asked them not to use our property, the driver just ignored me and literally backed onto our lawn again while I was asking him not to. When they came to get the bin, they ran over 2 of our full recycling bins, destroying them and putting the contents all over the street. When our neighbour asked for them to clean it up they ignored him and drove off. I called the company and they just brushed me off, leaving me to deal with the damage/clean up. Reprehensible and criminal behaviour!
