WARNING: The men in warehouse who are supposed to load the tiles in the car ARE HORRIBLE!!! They are the entire reason I am not giving the this store 5 stars. They are arrogant and rude and don’t know customer service. Once we paid we were told to go to the back and pick up, but because it was 15 mins before closing they refused to get our order. We only didn’t complain because the inside staff was incredible. But when we came back the next day we pulled up to the back door as we were asked to pick up the order and this man on Forklift decides instead of getting off the forklift, and asking us politely to move (even though we were supposed to be park there) decides to sit on the forklift, and honk on the horn and yell at us. He ended up getting in a yelling at my sister and said he didn’t see what the issue was when she told him all he needed to do was ask politely. They have ZERO customer service in the warehouse, clearly showing the Owner has NO CONTROL of his warehouse staff. THEY ARE AWFUL!! I get it was an extremely hot week but when you are the last impression the customers have you need to make a GOOD impression, they did NOT DO THAT! Other than that the retail part of the tile store is AMAZING! All the ladies in the retail store were phenomenal! They were knowledgeable and amazing customer service. If I could I would give them a separate rating, and give them 5 stars. I recommend this place for their amazing products and front house customer service, but bring a huge amount patience if you are picking up the tiles yourself!

Worse service in GTA, if you are planning to go there to pick up 3 boxes of tiles, they will make you stay outside waiting for hours and nobody will come talk to you, the “BOYs” outside are always on a bad mood, you will have to look for them and walk and fallow them to hand them the pink paper, when they finally take the pink paper out of your had they will just disappear for hours. And if you go inside to ask about the tiles, the lady inside will ask you to go outside and ask the “BOYS” but where are they???? There were two more guys outside waiting and complaining for an hour and nobody cares. Very disrespectful

The move from my old house was relatively smooth and my furniture went into their storage for almost 5 months. On the day they were to move my furniture into new house they canceled because of a little rain mid like a drizzle I had taken the day off from work. They delivered the next day. I found boxes with mice fecies and top missing from cabinet and boxes of clothes missing. I would never use this company again
