So messaged J&J pool service. They said they were going to show up next day, they didn't. There was no message from them. Next day after the no show, they said they might be here to fix my pool, but maybe not, if not today, the next day for sure. They don't seem to be very professional. They make appointments and don't seem to keep them. If you set a appointment I think you should keep it.If you are looking for someone to fix your pool, this might not be the company for you. I took time off work to wait and now I've lost wages. It is another day passed, I've taken 3 days off work now, waiting for this company to show. Very sad

I would definitely recommend J&J Pools. When a disreputable company left me with an expensive mess I contacted J&J Pools. Alex, Rob and team do excellent work and offered me support and very fair pricing. This is a business you can trust. Thank you guys, you are my heros!

We once again had the pleasure of working with J & J Pools and they didn't disappoint. This was our 2nd liner not to mention installing our Winter Cover a few years ago. We were on a tight schedule this time as we were heading off to Europe and the Pool Liner was installed on time and it looks Fabulous. In addition we have a custom installed pool based on the Quirky Measurements and the fit is perfect. I also have to mention the quality prep work of removing the old liner and getting things ready for the install. Everything was done to a high standard and we can't wait to enjoy the pool next year.

We called around looking for a liner replacement for our inground pool and settled on J&J to do the job and we are so happy that we did.
Once the liner was delivered, Alex, Rob and the crew showed up at 9am and we were putting water in at 1:30.
They did an amazing job and were awesome to work with!
Our new liner looks fantastic and brought our pool back to life.
