This installation was seamless. The installers were friendly and respectful. They did a marvelous job and when we finish the back of our house in the spring we will request Recep and his partner to do the work. 2 great guys!! Thanks for the great work!!

Management cannot get its act together. The first time they sent the windows their subcontractor was not here. They couldn’t unload the windows into my garage,because without the contractor, they didn’t have the manpower. I was charged $250 for the second delivery.The second time their subcontractor was here but did a poor installation job. They installed one window cockeyed and it will never close properly on its own. The locking mechanism broke as a result. I asked them a few times to mail a new one. I had to go into the store to get one. They acted as if they were doing me a favour when they gave me the piece of hardware, they acted as if they were doing me a favour. Never again!

DO NOT USE! Horrible. Call and leave message for you to pay and when you call no one can find your order. Do not do window installation??? Guess they don’t need money? Order with one person and when you pay have to give Information again even tho it’s on the next page. Weird employees.

Took my windows in a few at a time to replace the glass, because l wanted the grilled glass replaced with clear glass. l did this over 2 weeks and everytime the windows were done promptly and within the same day. For years, I've been taking all my screens and doors here to be re-screened whenever I get a rip/tear. I went in this week with two screens, and they were fixed the next day. They also helped me repair a window pane that had been cracked. I was having difficulty finding anyone that would assist in doing this. Friendly staff, great workmanship, and fair prices.

I’ll just let the picture speak for itself. We have tried so many times to have them properly fix this. I know this business keeps insisting they are only manufacturers, but when we came to purchase our doors at this location, they took payment and had someone from their shop install the doors as well. So I am not sure where the disconnect is - we never organized separate installers. We ended up fixing the door to the best possible option with weather stripping until we replace the door or have the door fully reinstalled properly.
