We paid Pedro £50 to provide us with accurate measurements required for a replacement hob.
After Pedro's visit, we researched hobs online and rung around different companies, but found the measurements we had been given for the cut-out in our worksurface were smaller than what was required for every single one we looked at.
I could not get hold of Pedro that day, so I decided to remove the oven myself and take my own measurements for the hob - which were different from Pedro's. Mine matched the standard sizes required for the hobs online...
We decided to order one and it was successfully installed by another company, which confirmed that the measurements I took were definitely correct, and the ones that Pedro took were wrong.
We are upset that we paid £50 for the wrong information, especially after I repeated the measurements back to Pedro several times to ensure I had written down exactly what he said. We have wasted our money when this is all we paid him to do.
I attempted to contact Pedro but unfortunately no reply... At the very least I hoped for an apology. Very disappointing.

Super impressed with the services provided by PAS. I urgently needed an engineer to repair my washing machine. After trying so many companies I came across PAS. On calling the company, Pedro was very professional and friendly and to my surprise, he was able to arrange an engineer that very day. The engineer arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable and friendly. The issue with my machine was identified and resolved quickly. I would recommend PAS to everyone. We searched Checkatrade/Google and having read the many positive reviews called PAS on the off chance of a fast visit to repair our washing machine after the manufacturer was not able to visit for at least 3 weeks.

PAS was able to come around the same day having explained clearly the fee and what it covered and that if he could not fix it that day, he will return without an additional charge which was a whole lot cheaper v the manufacturer.

Pedro was very knowledgeable and was able to identify the fault straight away and fixed the problem and told us how to maintain the machine to avoid a repeat (machine is only 6 years old).

We were very impressed with the service and would use PAS again for any future repairs (he repairs any 'white' household appliances).

Pedro did a fantastic job of fixing our washing machine. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered in the replacement part and came back to fit it within just a few days (and this was over New Year too). His work is of a very high standard and you could tell that he actually cares about doing a good job.

On a personal level I found Pedro polite and trustworthy. He is a good communicator too. He took time to explain to us what he was doing while examining our washing machine and that helped with our decision making. He responded quickly to our phone messages, which not all tradespeople do.

Overall I would be very confident in recommending Perdro's services to anyone.

I’m SO glad I found Pedro - he’s an absolute star! He came in the evening and diagnosed the problem with my washing machine really quickly. He then sorted a temporary solution while he ordered the part required. Then came back to fit the new part for no extra cost!! All over the busy Christmas period... He even stabilized the machine that 4 ‘team know how’ people said couldn’t be done. Pedro has amazing knowledge of machines and finds a solution. Don’t hesitate to hire him - not only is he completely honest and hard working, but his prices are REALLY reasonable. I’ll be recommending him to everyone I know.
