It's been an great pleasure being able to communicate with building consents. I was easily able to make inspection bookings. Advisers were always available, very polite and helpful. A great way to also have your queries answered is to email them. They are very quick and responsive. Thank you for your service. This was also our first time dealing with building consents. All the inspectors that attended our property were very friendly and polite. They were always informative and on time.
At the early stages of the built I did mot have much contact with any of the inspectors from Building Consent as my contractors did. But closer to the end of my build I did and one individual Ali Mubarak really stood out and went beyond his way with advising and providing an excellent service till I received my completion certificate. I have had many commercial buildings built and used the council and other private firms but these guys at building Consent are outstanding. Thank you very much Ali Mubarak for an excellent service to the end.

So far the service from building consents has been over and above my expectations, having registered over 30 individual sites all over the country in a short space of time, I can honestly tell you having dealt with other private inspectors Building Consents have raised the bar. From quote requests to initial notice submission to plan check and site inspections I can't fault them, a pleasure to deal with them all, they have great knowledge and expertise, looking forward to working with the team for the foreseeable. Great work all , we value your services and would recommend to all our clients and the joe public without hesitation and I mean that!!! take note.

Maxine Cromack offers excellent customer service and is a joy to speak to and work with.
It is very visable that she enjoys her roll and spreads that joy with her customers.

This is the first time that i have used Building Consent and very happy with the services and highly recommend their services. They have maintained a professional approach have coordinated with contractors well. Completion report has been issued on time.

Building Consents were fantastic to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. I was kept up to date at all times. My builder commented on how professional the Building Control Inspector was who attended site. I will definitely be using their services again and would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family.

Our company regularly use Building Consents and we could not recommend them enough. With every project, they have always responded promptly and are always very helpful and friendly. I have used local authority Building Control on other projects and often found them unhelpful. Building consents were like a second project manager giving advice at every stage of the build so we could comply with the regulations without having re-do work. Very professional, responsive and good value.

I enquired about a project, like most people I sent out requests to many companies. I decided to go with another company as they responded to my initial query quickly. My work was completed in Sept but yesterday I received phone calls and emails demanding over £500 for work that was never carried out! and 6 days to pay! I did not hear back with an apology once I had forwarded them correspondence from the firm that actually did do the work!! I highly recommend CookBrown - who also communicated with this dishonest company on my behalf to confirm that they had actually carried out the work.
