At the early stages of the built I did mot have much contact with any of the inspectors from Building Consent as my contractors did. But closer to the end of my build I did and one individual Ali Mubarak really stood out and went beyond his way with advising and providing an excellent service till I received my completion certificate. I have had many commercial buildings built and used the council and other private firms but these guys at building Consent are outstanding. Thank you very much Ali Mubarak for an excellent service to the end.

I enquired about a project, like most people I sent out requests to many companies. I decided to go with another company as they responded to my initial query quickly. My work was completed in Sept but yesterday I received phone calls and emails demanding over £500 for work that was never carried out! and 6 days to pay! I did not hear back with an apology once I had forwarded them correspondence from the firm that actually did do the work!!
