We have ordered all of our our window and bifold blinds from 247. Our white wooden blinds have been up for almost 5 years and are still as good as the day we bought them. Our click and fit bifold blinds have been up for almost 2 years. Getting the size, ordering and install were all easy (we are amateur DIYers at best). We had an issue with one of the click and fit blinds last month after a guest snapped one of the strings. 247 responded quickly and offered a replacement free of charge. Not only is it easy to get samples and order but the after care service is brilliant! Our family have also used them. Highly recommend!

I then ordered the no-drill Roman blind in grey.
When it arrived, I was able to put it up in less than 10 minutes and I am really pleased with the result.

I ordered some vertical blinds for my conservatory. They arrived promptly and well packed so there was no damage.

I noticed the face-fixing brackets 247 Blinds supply are much longer than the usual brackets used for vertical blinds (please see attached photograph). This completely messed up my calculations and would have meant me having to reorder a new length of head rail. However and luckily, I had some usual-length brackets I could use and it all fitted together in the end. But not without a bit of cursing and heartache!

I opted for control wands to open, shut and adjust the louvres. The hooks at the top are a very tight fit indeed. To get them attached to the blind you need to stretch them open a bit first so there's enough gap to slot them onto the knuckle mechanism on the blind. The hook is quite robust and will take stretching without breaking - but bending it like that takes a bit of courage. You won't get them on without doing this.

The 247 blinds are a good quality and are less expensive than some of the others available on the internet. You do have to install blinds with care, double-checking all your measurements and planning what you're going to do, how and in what order. But if you do, you can produce a professional result. If I'd used a local supply and fit service the cost would have been three or four times more than the cost of me buying from 247 Blinds and installing them myself.

I can recommend 247 Blinds to you. But do be careful to take into account the long reach face fixing brackets if you're going around a corner and need to butt two head rails against each other as in my conservatory (please see attached photograph).

I ordered a blind from 24/7 blinds and had a problem with it that was down to my stupidity. I reached out to the company for help and the customer service I received was exceptional. Anna S went above and beyond and arranged a replacement blind. I have now fitted it and I'm very pleased with how it looks. I will definitely be ordering again soon.
