We initially had a negative experience with the after sales department but credit to the company as they worked hard to turn that into a positive experience and I can see that they take their aftercare and customer service very seriously. I’d recommend using them as the worktop is great but when we did experience an issue then they’ve made sure to address it. Thank you to Vas who has been brilliant throughout.

The under-mounted sink detached and fell out of our quartz worktop. We had the worktop and sink supplied and installed by Arlington just over 3 years ago. We were surprised that it failed so quickly.

They only guarantee installation for 1 year, so we’re unwilling to remedy the situation. After several emails and waiting 48 hours for a response, the best they could offer was for us to pay £100 plus VAT to get someone to come out. We would also have to wait another 2 days for the fitter as they were very busy.

The sink falling through also damaged the unit.

Very frustrating. No apologies. Poor after service. Please avoid.

Avoid this company!!! I wish I had. The customer service was initially very helpful - when I was placing my order and they were taking my payment. However, sadly it was downhill from there. Workmen showed up late, did a very poor job and had to be called back to rectify mistakes. The job could not be finished to a satisfactory standard so a small refund was eventually agreed. It took 5 months of constant chasing on my part before I finally received my payment. The service is there when they want your money but after that customer service and satisfaction is of no importance. I should have researched more thoroughly, chosen a different company and avoided months of frustration.

Absolutely awful - DO NOT USE. Dreadful customer service, and shoddy product. I would have not even given a star, except Google insisted.

They simply didn't show up at all on my fitting day, with no phone call or notification. This personally costing me over £230 in a missed workday. Then, on the rescheduled day (which I had to pursue and lock down) I explicitly stated a period I would not be available, both over the phone and then backed up in writing, and was assured this would not be a problem. Lo, the fitters turned up during this time, and I had to miss my daughter's assembly to meet them at the property.

When the product arrived, it had been prefabbed very poorly, with router gaps at all 4 corners around the hob, and a chip on the corner of the sink - I have since had to fill and sand and finish these myself.

My subsequent attempts to raise these issues were completely ignored, and the email addresses on which Arlington were very happy to communicate prior to taking my money, have since gone completely quiet.

This is seemingly in line with other people's experiences in these reviews.

Avoid this company at all costs.

The design process was great. But a kitchen that should have taken 2 weeks to do (in a new build so should have been quiet straight forward) but due to poor communication, problem after problem and poor fitting meant our kitchen took 3 months. We've contacted the company who are "investigating" this but we haven't heard anything back. Please don't waste your money on this company.
