Edgar has done a number of jobs for us now.

He built a kitchen bench unit. He has fixed a broken step with our stairs, and he has put together the shelves for a kitchen unit (which needed to be built with some edits). He is also due to build our garden fence in due course.

Edgar's communication is excellent, he takes meticulous care with his work, and we are grateful to have met him.

What a gentleman Edgar is. We had a verdana job for him to finish and he accomplished it all professionally in one day. His communication is spot on and was punctual on arrival. We will continue to call on Edgar for our carpentry requirements! A friendly man you can trust.

Edgar did a very good and painstaking work of replacing the rotten threshold on the backdoor. I bought the replacement threshold as I wanted a good quality hardwood item and therefore only asked Edgar to take out the old threshold and replace with the new.
As the new threshold was not exactly the same size as the original Edgar had to do quite a lot of improvisational work to get the new threshold to fit.
I am quite pleased with the work.
The expanding foam is to stop water getting under the threshold and causing rot.
It will be cut out once dried in a few hours.
I would be happy to recommend him to others if they have any carpentry or handyman types of jobs

Edgar did a great job of building some storage in an awkward space in my garden. I’m really pleased with the way it turned out - it’s very neat and looks great! Before and almost finished photos attached. I was a little nervous giving the job to someone I found online but didn’t need to worry - he was neat and tidy, worked really hard and clearly knows what he is doing. I also appreciated how responsive he was to messages and emails - I haven’t had that experience with other builders!!

We have used Edgar for various different jobs, from installing mirrors and hanging picture frames, to painting the exterior fence and installing a shade cloth on over the outside gym area. Edgar is always reasonable with his prices and does the work to a great standard within good time. We have always been happy with his work! I would recommend him for any job you need, no job is too big or little for him.
Plus he is a real family man and works hard to support his family, and I love supporting someone who is honest, fair and family orientated! :)
