Went there to buy a power supply and the staff said they don't sell any.
Their store slogan literally says "the power to supply" but sells no power supply. How could an electrical store sell no power supply.

I needed a very specific part, according to the website this branch had 1 in stock. I traveled across town to get there. I stood and waited for 20 mins to be served. When it was my turn, the person took the part number and went and looked for it. They came back and said it was out of stock. They passed me over to another person to check the system. Between the 2 of them, not a word of apology was spoken. When venting my frustration, the response was: "stock is not perfect" and "along with everyone else". As if I had done something wrong by coming in and asking for the part. I certainly won't be back here again.
I went to TLC, and while they didn't have the part, the person behind the desk took 10 minutes to find something that we made work. That is customer service.
