Toss up between this and the West End branch for the worst ones in the country.
The service is painfully slow. You're definately going to be in here for at least half an hour.

Worst CEF in the Country . The 2 geezers on the counter both looked as if they been on the Spliffs all night as was just staring at the screen baffled. went in for a drum of cable and a few lengths of conduit. 55 minutes LOOOL. Drive elsewhere it will be quicker even with the traffic

By far, the worst branch along the company. The customer service is very very poor. 5 people in the Q, 3 guys are chatting (including the general manager), 1 guy only serving (not his fault, but he is not able to find anything, took him 10 min to find 2 drums of twin and earth cable). any product asked, he is trying to find it on Google as he is not aware of any products they're selling.
One of the customers asked if anyone else can help serving, he has been told by the GM that they are busy (when clearly we have all seen them staying and chatting).
I avoided to give reviews, but this branch is under any limits, I've been working with CEF for over 10 years, been to this specific branch a couple of times, every time is getting worse, all the clients staying in the Q are complaining..i can not understand how the head office is not taking any steps in...very disappointed ? (as I am pretty sure they are not making any new clients)
